Black Jeans + Blue Denim Top

Wednesday, March 30, 2016

Denim button up // Black Hollister skinny jeans (only 25 dollars!)
Last season's polka dot sweater // Soda heeled booties
Small crossbody bag (LOVE this and its under 20!)

Ohio can't decide if it wants it to be spring or winter so I'm so back and forth with my outfits! I go from bright, fun, and springy to 'I just want to be comfy and warm' in a matter of a day. But I love incorporating these black jeans into spring because they're a classic. Also, this denim button up is perfect because its not too heavy and it can be dressed up or dressed down.
The trees that line the streets downtown are finally in bloom (yes, I've been patiently waiting! It's my favorite time!) so I couldn't help but snap a picture along with taking pictures in front of them.

How has everyone's week been so far?! I'm so ready for classes to be done and for it to be summer! I hope your week is wonderful and don't be shy; leave me feedback!

Graphic Tee + Spring Weather

Thursday, March 10, 2016

Francesca's Collection shirt which isn't online yet, but is in stores! // Abercombie light wash skinny jeans (love these!) // Black floppy hat (last season) similar, here! // Liz Claiborne flats from JcPenney (last season), but similar, here! // Walmart statement necklace (yes, it's really from walmart) which I can't find online, but I love all of the ones from Francesca's Collections! // L'oreal liquid matte lipstick in blushing ambition

I hadn't been keeping up with my blog posts when it was cold because in Ohio, it gets too cold for my liking so I never wanted to go and take pictures, but since it's finally spring here, I have so much more motivation to take pictures! So, my dad and I went several places to take pictures to enjoy the spring weather. One of the places was a spot that overlooks the park below and I couldn't resist taking a few more pictures!

And of course, a few at the park!

So, yesterday we took advantage of the warm weather we have been hoping for for the last few months. Although, I can't complain too much because we had a much warmer winter than we've had in previous years.
I jumped onto the bandwagon of front tucking shirts and graphic tees and let me tell you, I love it! Who doesn't love an adorable graphic tee? Also, I love the floppy hat look. They look perfect for a spring look and I'll definitely be incorporating them into my summer outfits. I love these flats because they're so similar to the Tory Burch flats, but at a fraction of the cost! I'm so happy that I can comfortably wear flats again without freezing my feet off. This spring weather is making me beyond excited for summer! If anyone has any feedback, don't be afraid to leave me a comment!
I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Finally Spring Here In Ohio

Monday, March 7, 2016

While most of the other states have been experiencing beautiful spring weather, Ohio has been behind and finally got out of the 30's. I'm so ready for this winter weather to be gone and the warm weather to stay. So, what better place for pictures than the park? The creek looked gorgeous and was complimented nicely by these little geese.

So, yes, how lucky am I that Ohio warmed up just in time for my spring break? I'm so glad, although, I wish that I was going to the beach.
I'm so in love with this bright pink top that was a recent pick up from Francesca's Collections. I'm loving the cuffed sleeves, the long back and the fact that it is a V-neck, but it doesn't come down too far. It's perfect! It even comes in other colors if you want a slightly darker color.
Yet again I'm talking about these flats, but I can't help it. They're absolutely perfect! Target recently got a pair and they are adorable. I think they'll be my next pick up. You can find them, here. These laceup flats look perfect with a number of different things, but one of my favorites is pairing them with jeans and rolling the bottoms.
I hope everyone has a wonderful rest of their day.
